Congratulations! You've made the first step toward a stronger, healthier, fitter you – you requested your first session with Lifestyle Fitness. Our very first meeting is very important, as this is the time for us to get to know each other, but most importantly for you to tell us what it is that you would like to achieve. We will listen carefully, ask important questions about your health and together we will put together a game-plan for how you will consistently crush your goals moving forward.

Following your initial assessment, our highly-qualified and experienced personal trainer will put together a comprehensive program unique to you and your fitness goals.

Abs are made in the kitchen. But even though your diet contributes 80% to your overall result, it doesn’t have to be rocket science, in fact the simpler it is, the easier it is to integrate into your lifestyle. In fact, you don’t have to believe us, we will show you how easy it is to build and maintain clean and healthy eating habits while enjoying every single meal!

Your personal trainer will put together a simple yet highly effective nutrition plan based on your lifestyle and fitness goals.

MONITORING

KEEPING YOUR EYES ON THE PRIZE

The ultimate benefit of having a personal trainer is having your own cheerleader in the gym. But they will also come in handy for regularly monitoring your results and adjusting your fitness program or nutrition plan, if necessary.

Losing motivation? Speak to your fitness coach about the ways you could get your head back in the game. We promise gentle yet honest conversations and genuine interest in your progress and positive results.

YOUR PERSONAL SPACE

The uniqueness of Lifestyle Fitness is our 3 in 1 set up, which means that we host three gyms under one roof. Your personal training sessions will be held in a separate gym, dedicated to personal training. This is a fully equipped gym with its own racks and weights, weight machines, beverage fridge and reception area. And, yes, you can have the AUX chord 😁
