3 GYMS IN 1
Whatever your fitness goals are, we’ve got you covered with our intelligent gym layout, extensive equipment and highly trained and professional staff.
As of today, Lifestyle Fitness has one of the most unique setups in South East Ireland. With our newest addition in 2021, we now stand at 13000 square feet and 3 fully equipped gyms – Personal Training Studio, Main Gym and Performance Lab. Our group fitness classes are spread over 4 dedicated Studios for Spinning, FT Zone (Functional Training Zone), TRX Yoga/Pilates.
Got an Injury? We have you covered with our very own physiotherapy room just off the Main Gym. Our showering and changing facilities are clean and well maintained. The reception, retail shop, snack bar, smoothie bar are all new additions and many more things in the works.
By the way, did we mention we had our own DJ booth? Because we believe your hard work should be celebrated! 😁

Each piece of equipment that we have in the gym was carefully selected from the best providers in the industry to ensure a safe, comfortable and result-yielding training experience for our members.

Our on-site shop contains items that will further assist you on your fitness journey before, during or after your workout. Still water, energy drinks, protein bars, pre-workouts, whey protein, shakers, gym clothing and gear, tea, coffee, protein shakes – you name it, we have it. Lifestyle Fitness is a one stop gym for all your needs!

We aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our gym members at any stage of their fitness journey. That’s why we partnered up with Glofox to provide a space, where members can purchase their memberships, browse special offers as well as book and manage their gym sessions.

COVID-19
SAFE ENVIRONMENT
Our members are respectful of each other, the gym and the equipment, as well as any cleaning procedures put in place. This is especially important in times like these, when being co-operative means helping to keep each other safe.
Our hygiene standards in the gym have been our top priority even before the pandemic, but we made sure to implement all the necessary cleaning procedures to minimise any risk of cross-contamination.
